Had an issue with nuisance trips on my RCCB. Called Kate she took me through how to troubleshoot and also explained why these trips occur. I was able to identify the culprit (cooker) and fix myself without them needing to come out. This was good honest advice that saved me money. I'll be keeping Kate's number for future reference and can't recommend them enough.
